I have no idea how this idea started or when...but our family has been wanting to throw pies at each other for awhile now. The originial idea was to throw full pies but that was decided to be to messy and an open invitation to critters in the backyard. Then it morphed into little pies and ultimately to whipped cream only. The boys had a blast! There was whipped cream all over the yard and us by the end. Then we cleaned up and went to a yummy pizza PIE resturant that also had PIE in the name and topped it all off with chocolate PIE for dessert. I think this might become a yearly event at our house!
Ugh..I just realized the pictues are in backwards order but you get the idea!
